In this chapter, we learn that the dead have a "god" , and that when they die, they are sent into the world of the human race. This is because the dead were corrupted by their creator, who lost his "godship" and became a human being. In order to find out if the dead are the "demons," the reapers have to be called out by each and every one of the dead. This has been happening for several years, and one day, the reaper hears a woman's voice and realizes that her dead husband is with them. He tells her to tell her husband to "spit out" where he hid his property title. The nurse rushes in to tell the doctor that the patient has woken up. The doctor tells her that he saw the patient asleep and came into the room, but the patient suddenly woke up, and the doctor is sorry to have missed him. He asks the nurse if she would like to sleep more, and she says that she would. She tells him that she is so cool that she shivers. She thanks the doctor for saving the day, and he says that he is so tired that he barely has the strength to drive the car. He says that it is because of the people who believe in the supernatural that these "frauds" keep making money
