At the beginning of this chapter, the narrator tells us that the two of them have been unable to have sex for some time, and that they've promised to see one another again. He also says that he's still in love with him, but that he doesn't know how to react to his senior's aggressive behavior. He asks his senior to hold back, but his senior does so abruptly, causing the narrator to freak out. He says that since the day he first met him, "episodes of peace" have continued to occur, and he wonders if they're okay. He wonders if his girlfriend is really happy, and wonders if the weather is beautiful today. The narrator says that she was satisfied with her life, and she and her senior loved each other in their own ways, and they love each other passionately.
