Chapter 36 opens with a soliloquy by the master of the castle. He tells the story of how he fell in love with the princess and how he has become her fan. He asks the master why he became his fan. The master tells him that he was having a hard time because he lost relationships with his friends. The day he wanted to get away from his friends, the master told him he was his sunshine, he was my love, and the trials of the day were just the steps that would make his dreams come true, remember me beside you. Since then, he's become your fan, he tells the master. He goes on to say that he actually wrote the song thinking about the senior juwon when he was thinking of the princess. Chapter 36 ends with the master asking the ring ring manager if he believes in destiny. He says that if someone loves him back, then that would be destiny, but if there was no such thing, then they wouldn't be like this because they were each others first love. He wants to know why juwon thinks that he is his destiny, and he wants to test it.
