The maras are out trying to get the man to tell them where he got the banana. The man doesn't know where the banana is, so they ask him where he is and what he wants. He tells them that he needs medicine for his wife and child and that he wants to go to the hospital. They ask him to stay out of their way, but he tells them to stay away from the road because there are only a few of them left. They attack, but the man manages to grab a big banana and continue on.
