In this short scene, we learn that Hal is furious with Yonker for eating his testicles. He tells Yonker to get the wart serum because he's going to kill everyone in Yonker's city. He's also furious that Yonker has been using him as a tool to kill the other heroes and villains in the city. Yonker doesn't want to be a part of the conspiracy, he just wants to be the leader of the villains. The only reason Yonker would do such a thing is because the super soldier formula has been given to him by the villain council. He wants to use it to take over the city and kill everyone, including Yonker. He also wants to kill Yonker because she's in a coma. He says that he can't let Yonker get away with this, because they're superheroes and they don't need to fill the world with guys like this. They're not supposed to be doing this, he says. He asks Yonker if he cares if they get hurt, and she says that she does, but that she cares about their ugly little lives, not their face and body. He promises that they'll take back the city, destroy it, and wipe out all the bad in the world.
