About This Chapter
It's been a while since we've seen Tim and the gang, and now they're back in the woods. They're looking for a way to get back into the house, and they want to know if anyone trusts the story they've been telling. Tim says he can't, because no one ever trusts his story. He's got a stone with an ugly drawing on it, but he doesn't know what else to do with it. He suggests that they go to a pine forest and find a tiny door on a tree. He says he hasn't checked the door yet, but that he hopes it's still there. Tim asks if anyone else has the key to the door, and if they think they can solve the case. He asks if they can get inside, and Tim says that a kid can easily get in through the tiny door. They admit that the door isn't real, but they still have a hunch that they'll be able to get in. They find a hallway that leads to a door that connects to their world, and that's all they need to go back home. They also find a door in the forest that leads back to their own world. They wonder if there's any other way out, or if they were kidnapped.
