In this chapter, we learn that the orcs have set up a hideout in which they can ambush and kill the knights. The orc leader tells the story of how the knights defeated a thousand knights and killed twenty of them. The leader asks the orc to help him draw the lines so that he can see the knights' faces when they die. He also tells him to put the ink upside down so that the ink won't run out. The Orc leader also tells the narrator that he's jealous that the current knight-in-chief is getting all the money he deserves for his heroism. He's also worried that the Orcs will stop looking for human flesh when they see the naked knight.
