The narrator tells the happyplace employees that he's here to find them. He wants to know who's hiding out in the girls' locker room. He's got a plan: He'll use a two-way radio to get them out of there. The narrator explains that he doesn't know if he'll ever find out who killed the princess, but he wants to find out what's going on. He tells the employees to wait until he can figure it out. First, he says, he wants them to talk to each other about what happened to the princess. Then, he tells them to hide themselves in the locker room and wait for a guard to show up. The guards won't show up until they've found someone to hide in, so they'll have to wait for the guard to arrive.
