Dogby is wandering around the park when he hears Kate's voice, which he assumes is the voice of the Duchess. He asks Kate if she has talked, and she says that she has not, but that she may have made a few slips. She tells him that everyone in the park is in love with Kate, and that she sold one of her supervisor's hot dogs to get money. Kate then tossed the hot dog to her supervisor, who is rumored to drink blood. Dogby notices that Kate has a note in her mouth, and he asks her where she is. She says that the note is a witch's, and when he asks where she has gone, she replies that she is stuck in the club.
