Jane is worried about her mother, who is in a nursing home. She wants to take care of her mother herself, so she goes to the community center, where she can stay overnight and visit her mother anytime. She tells Jane that she would like to live in the community herself when she retires, because it's more comfortable for her mother to be around other people her own age. Jane tells her that her mother can't really use the swimming pool and other facilities at the community because she's too old to use them. Jane goes to her mother's room, which has a nice view of the pool and a nice bathroom. She's glad that her mom likes the place, because she seems to like talking to people of her age.
