Back in the city, the Governess is all "ding dong" . She's got a letter for Momo, but she's also got a new plan. She wants to pretend to be in love with a girl at the amusement park and pretend to protect her momo when he gets scared. The Governess says she'll protect Momo if he's scared. He's not scared at all, he says, because his brother used to do the same thing when they were kids. He says he'll do it again. He tells Momo that the city is full of "zombies" and that they're going to sue him and his friends for being so violent. He also says that he used to fight his brother when he was younger, but he forgot that "ordinary people" didn't fight as well. He laughs at his momo for being a troublemaker.
