Hiro and Natsume are going to celebrate Hiro's birthday with him, and they're going to come up with their own plans for him. Hiro is super excited about the whole thing, because he's going to get presents from his brother and sister-in-law. He's also super excited to see what his sister will do for him on his birthday, since she's the one who gave him the band aid the day before. He tells his sister that he'll make sure she doesn't have to wear that band aid on her birthday, because she'll be wearing it on one of hers. He also tells her that she shouldn't be so jealous that she can't eat the food made by another person, since it's Valentine's Day and she'd rather eat from a star restaurant than from a handmade one. He goes on to say that he saw the book in her room, and she fainted from blood loss. He says that she should try to be more careful with other guys, since he is being a bit too careful with her. He then tells his brother that he is the worst rattle in the world, and asks him why he hasn't come to celebrate his birthday tomorrow with him. He wants to know why he isn't going to spend his birthday with his brother, since they've both promised to do so. He complains about the food, which he says is too much for him and his sister to eat, and he wants to leave the cooking to be done by someone else. He asks his brother if he is okay with him being like this, and then he asks his sister if she is, too. She says she is and then they all go home to have some cake.
