The next morning, Dr. Manette and the others go to the cid building to find out what's been going on. They find that a dozen or so employees have entered the building and are not involved in the events of the previous day. They wonder if there's some kind of connection between the two groups, and they wonder how they're going to get into the building without killing anyone. The men decide that they'll sneak in and kill the people inside the building.
