The barber asks the girl if she's free after her meeting with Toudou, and the girl says that she doesn't know if she is, but that she'd rather be alone with Pescara. Pescara asks her to take a seat in the back of the room, so that he can practice what he taught her the other day. The girl asks if she can get a head massage at the salon, and Pescara says that he's considering doing so. He says that getting a massage in a hair salon is nice and cold, and that it's a good opportunity to "clear your press" . He's going to give her a blow-up with hair oil, and then he'll rub her skin with it. The barber says that Pescara must be feeling down because Toussou isn't there, but Pescara points out that even if she denies it, it'll be written all over her face. She's not going to deny it, she says, and so she'll scrub her face and scrub her lover's face to make him feel better. She tells the girl that she should thank Pescara for coming to her salon, because he'd better come back to visit her sooner. The woman says that since she was separated from Pescara, she has noticed that she is falling in love more with him.
