When Linx sees that Cai has returned to steal food from the old man's house, he curses him and tells him not to get involved in the business of anyone else's. He also tells the old woman that he's going to get the heck out of here quickly. The old woman tells Linx that she's sorry that she didn't tell Cai that he was stealing food from her. She also tells him to find Cai a doctor and take him home. Linx tells her that he can't cure Cai with his magic, because Cai got sick after helping him last time.
