Now that he's been bitten by the gu bugs, the fish can't believe how he ended up like this. He just growls at the pursuers, and they're gone. He's glad to be his guest, since it's not the fish's fault that he got bitten by insects in the first place. He tells the fish to hurry up and leave, because the fish smells so bad. He says that if he were on his own, he wouldn't have been so sick. He thanks the fish for helping him get better, and says he'll repay him if the fish wants to repay him. But, he says, he has to wait until the fish has helped his village first.
