In this chapter, we learn that the kingdom peacemaker is dead, and that the pirates are looking for the pendant that the king gave to his daughter. The pendant is said to be too powerful for the pirates to contain, so they all vanish with it. The king gave the pendant to her father, who then gave it to a peacemaker who hid it on earth. This means that if the pendant falls into the hands of the pirates, the kingdom will be in danger again.
