In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, the little dolphin. He's a little nervous when he sees the president running away. He wants to find her, but he also wants to prove to himself that he's still in love with her. He begs her to come back to him, but she says she's running out of power, so it's better to escape than to get hurt. The little dolphin says he doesn't think he'll be able to find the president, so he and Ganymede will have to guess what the plot is again.
