About This Chapter
In this short scene, the protagonist, who is introduced as "myu kisaki" , tries to apologize to the protagonist for his behavior in the previous night's encounter with "the fierce gay man" . The protagonist, however, is not so sorry. He wants to know how to kiss someone he really likes, and he asks the protagonist to show him how to do so. He also asks if the protagonist is free today, and the protagonist replies that he is, and that he plans on spending the day with "a client on her not at all." The protagonist then tells the protagonist that he has been forced to carry a huge load of bags for a client, and his arms are sore from the exertion. He asks if he should tell the client that he refuses to carry the bags, but the protagonist says that he can't, because his arm hurts the next day, and it was his mistake to refuse the client's request. He then asks if she has been blackmailed, and she says that she is going to tell her manager the truth about the situation. The narrator then tells us that he wants to buy some of the same clothes that the protagonist has been wearing, because he is envious of the protagonist's beauty. He wonders if he could have gotten a boyfriend like "a prince," and wonders if "they" look like a "good couple" together.
