"The naughty love" is the title of this chapter's opening scene. It's a reference to the naughty way of doing things, which is to say, the way of being a prostitute. The narrator tells us that she's not a prostitute, but a "sin gle" . She's got to make a living, she tells us, and she can't do it in a "pretty life" like the one she grew up in. She tells the narrator that her mother is in debt, and that she has to send her money to pay the debt off. She wants her mother to be happy, but she doesn't have the money to do that. She says she'll have to find a way to cut off her mother's "boyfriend" , who's living with her mother. She also says that her mom's boyfriend isn't a good match for her mother, because he's too young and rich to be a good mom. She suggests that she consult a lawyer or a government official to figure out how to help her mother out of her debt. She then tells the story of the young man who came to visit her at her brothel. The young man asked if he could stay overnight at a "cheap place" for three people, and the prostitute told him he should go to a "love hotel" to have sex with a woman. The prostitute says that's the way to go if you're looking for a good time. She warns the young guy not to tell her where the hotel is, since he'll look at her suspiciously.
