In the middle of his work, Mr. Roberts enters the staff room and asks to be brought back to his office. He asks the maid to be quiet, but the maid says she has made plans, so she will be taking her leave first. She tells him that she has been acting distant, but that she will return the favor the next day. She asks him if he remembers what happened the night before, when she blushed and kissed him. He tells her that he found her out, and she says that she is getting swept away by the heat of the moment.
