The patient is shocked to learn that the doctor is a co-worker of the man who gave him the illegal drugs. The doctor tells him that he will be fired if he does not cooperate with the authorities. The man who has given him the drugs is furious and demands to know why the doctor has been taken away from the hospital. He is interrupted by the patient's mother, who tells the doctor that her son has been murdered. The mother begs the doctor not to tell anyone about her son's death, but the doctor refuses to listen to her. She tells the man that his son was murdered by her husband's brother. The father is furious at the doctor's treatment of his son and demands that he be brought before the police. The physician refuses, saying that he is not allowed to do so.
