This is the 26th episode of the show and it's called "If I Can Have Sex Once With akira Naruse" . It's the first time that we've seen the two of them together, and they've been hanging out at a cafe in the middle of nowhere. Teru asks if he's disgusted by the couple over at the cafe, and Teru says that he is, but that he doesn't care what other people think of him. He's just an ordinary man, he says, and that's why he likes akira so much. He asks if anyone wants to order a meal, and the two men share the menu.
