Sosuke wakes up in the middle of the night and tells his wife that he's just had a heart attack. He's not sure what the cause is, but he thinks it's because he was so drunk that he couldn't remember what he was saying. He tells her that he has a feeling that something bad is going to happen to him, but that he doesn't know what it is yet. He asks her to hold his head high so he can talk to her again.
