In the meantime, we're introduced to a new character, the "assistant" . He's the one who's been keeping track of the whereabouts of the "yanjing chap" , and he's asking why the guy hasn't come back yet. The assistant tells us that the guy was worried that he'd be in danger, and so he escorted him back to the bar. The man is a little nervous, but the assistant reassures him by saying that "people with unknown backgrounds" are also dangerous, and that's why he should stay out of the way. He also tells the assistant that the "pervert" is still outside, so he'll have to go back inside and have some tea.
