The young mistress of the nursery school in which the young woman works is furious with her mother, who has insulted her with a "crink roll" . When the young mistress tries to calm her mother down, however, she is interrupted by the nursery teacher, who tells her that she has to adjust her shifts in order to keep her mother's temper under control.
