In this chapter, Bai Ming asks why she is going to school. She tells him that the teacher has told her that they must stay after class to have a meeting. Bai Ming is glad to hear this, because he was supposed to go to the hospital after he was discharged. He tells Bai Ming that he has been spotted out and that he forgot his keys to his bike. He asks Bai Ming if he can have something to eat, and Bai Ming says that she has prepared it for him. He says that he and his brother are the only two people in the house, and that they will buy a house together in the future
