It's been a while since we've seen Shylock, and now he's back in the shower. He's in a bad mood, and he can't help but cry. Shylock's mom has been nagging him about acting, and she's worried that he'll quit if he doesn't, so he'd better get his act together ASAP. But, he says, acting is hard work, and sometimes you just have to do what's best for you. He wants to change the way he looks, and the only way he can do that is to change his clothes. So he goes to the shower, and when he gets back, he finds a new pair of clothes. He asks Shylock if he can continue training with him to row, and Shylock says yes, and they head to bed.
