The scene opens with the door of a new apartment being opened. The narrator is surprised to find that she is wearing a bra that is not fitting. She asks the doorman if she should remove her shirt as well. The doorman tells her that she should do so from the front, but she protests that she has been asked to do so by someone else. She says that she knows she is the one who asked her to do it, but the bra is so tight that it is hard to squeeze. She sighs and says that the nipples in the bra remind her of the one she kissed when she was a child. The girl who kissed her was "way too free," she says, and this one should have done it for her. She puts on the bra again, and the narrator says that this one will look better on her than the previous one. She then changes the bra, but it is too tight to pull off.
