About This Chapter
This is the first time we get a glimpse of the two young lovers engaged in a sexual act. The scene opens with the young man, Alphonse, telling his father, Walter, that he has fallen in love with his daughter, Noona, and that he wants to meet her in a hotel room. Walter is shocked to learn that his daughter has fallen for the younger man, but he assures his daughter that they can have sex with each other for as long as they live. The two men enter a secluded golf practice area and begin to have sex. Walter asks his daughter if she has any female friends, and she replies that she does not, but that she thinks she can pull off the sex act with him. Walter, however, does not believe her. He tells her that he cannot live without her and that they will not be able to live together for the remainder of their lives if they do not meet secretly. Walter then tells his daughter to stop trying to seduce him, and to come on his face. He asks her if her sex drive is the same as her father's. She replies that it is, and they will have sex again if they are caught. Walter tells her not to come to his hotel if they get caught, because if he does, all of their sexual relationship between them will be over
