The narrator tells us that he's the only one in the world who gets a sexual awakening from a childhood friend. He asks the friend to help him "fully fix" his "little guy" . He's worried that the friend is trying to "injure" him, but the friend doesn't seem to have any idea what's going on. The narrator tries to get the friend's attention, but she's not having it. She tells the friend that she can't help but feel bad for the friend, who's been "forced" on her by the friend. The friend tries to calm her down, telling her that she shouldn't be so upset about something that happened to her childhood friend, and that she should just get over it and forget about it. But the narrator is not having any of this. She's still worried about her little guy, and the friend isn't helping her out. He tells the narrator that he can get her attention from another room.
