In this chapter, we learn that the girls are not really friends with each other, and that liang wants to keep them apart. He tells the girls that they should not fight because of him, but should instead fight because they have a chance to have a "bonus life" in the next round. He also tells them that if they do have a life, he will let them lead the way the next time. The girls agree that they are friends, but liang says that he wants to make sure that everyone feels awkward. He says that if the girls had known each other before, they would have been able to make friends easily. He adds that he does not want to make the girls feel awkward, but he does want them to be able to feel awkward themselves. He then tells them to come to him and he will take them to play with him. He wants to know how the other girls play the game, and he says that they have to learn it by tonight.
