The narrator tells us that his childhood friend, Hiromi, is an "overly attached gone monster" . The narrator says that he always felt like he was a changed person, but that he couldn't change because he was still the same person. He asks if he can hand over his "career path survey" to his teacher. The teacher accepts it instantly, and Hiromi says he'd like to go to college that far away, but he can't because he's so attached to his friend. He says he wants to marry her when he grows up, and he promises to do his best to make it happen.
