The narrator receives a call from the North Station saying that the payment for Hiroshi's bill has been mis-receipt. The North Station tells him that Hiroshi has been paying the entire bill by himself. The narrator asks Hiroshi if he is Hiroshi ra's brother, and Hiroshi says that he is. He tells the narrator that he left his cell phone with him, so he can't leave it with Hiroshi. Hiroshi tells him to go to the hospital, and the narrator says he'll come back later. He's sorry that he didn't tell Hiroshi about what's going on, but he doesn't want to give Hiroshi a bad name. He says he was going to move with her to a bigger place, but she's moving to a smaller place. He asks her if she feels sorry for him, and she says she does. She says she'll go back to get her mother.
