The chapter opens with a flashback to Harumi's first meeting with the company president. Harumi tells the story of how he fell in love with him and how he tried to convince Harumi to marry him, but Harumi was too busy convincing his father that he was the right man for his daughter. When Harumi asked Harumi if he could stay by her side every day, Harumi replied that he could, and Harumi told him that one day he would be able to love him back. The flashback ends with Harumi telling Harumi that he is his fiance and that Harumi is jealous of him, and that he did terrible things to her
