In this short scene, we learn that Hayate is a "pedo" . He's a pervert who wants to "suck" the life out of his students. We're told that he's "covered in soap" , which means that he can't "grab" Hayate because his hands are covered in soap. We also learn that "squish" and "twitch" are two of Hayate's favorite ways to get his students to do what he wants them to do . In other words, he wants to make sure that they're doing what he says they'll do , even if they don't agree with him. Hayate, however, doesn't seem to be having any of that. He says that he only has three more students to teach, so he'll "sit down" and let them do whatever they want to do with their lives. We learn that this is the same "sadist sadist" that he used to be , when he was a kid, and that's exactly what he is doing here.
