The narrator tells the audience that he's going to tell them what's happened to Nitta. He tells them that she's been raped, and he wants to make sure that she gets punished for it. He wants them to stop fooling around with each other's naked bodies. He's got a message for them: if they don't stop, he'll tell them all about it.
