In this short scene, Kim hana tells us that he's so happy that he can't wait to go to work. He's also so excited that he wants to propose to her in front of all of her co-workers. He wants to do it in public, but he knows that she's going to be nervous about it. He tells her that he doesn't want her to be a burden to him, but that she can tell him what she wants to say in private.
