This chapter opens with a flashback to the beginning of the previous chapter, where the narrator is in high school and is being bullied by his classmates. The narrator realizes that he is not the only one who has been bullied. He also realizes that the other students have also been bullying him. He realizes that his classmates do not seem to like him, and that they do not want to be friends with him.
