Kim is surprised to find that Gyul has come to visit her. She tells him to be quiet so she doesn't marry him on the grounds that they're not married. She also tells him that she's never seen Gyul so bright and so lonely. She asks him when he'll wake up the next morning, and he says that he's too late to wake her up.
