In this short scene, we learn that the Ghost has come to rescue Lily from the clutches of her lover, the Grim Reaper. The two of them are in the middle of a torture session. The Ghost tells Lily that he is her love rival, and that she should be more decisive in dealing with him when she is dealing with someone she loves. He tells her that he lost his memory in a car accident, and he apologizes to her for hurting her before. He says that he and the Ghost are just friends, and she says that she is just friends with the Ghost. He asks her if she wants to work with him to avenge her lover. She replies that she does not want to do so, but the Ghost reminds her that they were night club people, and they were doing it for her. She tells him that she thinks he is as pathetic as his friend, but he is still able to recover quickly from the bullet wound. She reminds him that he has posted a bounty for the Ghost in the past, and the ghost reminds him of that.
