Win the Crown, I’m the King

This chapter's opening soliloquy is about how powerful a general is. It's about how much fun it is to be a general, and about how awesome it is that he can control supersouls. He's got a lot to say about this, but the gist of it is this: he's evil, and he can use his super-powers to control people with higher levels than him. He can even control a person with a higher rank than him, and that's not even counting the fact that he controls a bunch of super-gods. So, yeah, this guy is super-evil, but he can also use his powers to control other super-powerful people, which makes him a lot more fun to be around.
