In this chapter, we're introduced to a new character, a detective named mikuni. He's a member of the Cthulhu gang, a group of vampires that live in tabletop combat games. The detective in this story is based off of a detective from a similar tabletop combat game, so he's got a lot of special skills. The only thing he doesn't have is his squeamishness, which is why he can't fight the vampires. The other thing that's new in this chapter is that the vampires have expanded their range of attack. They're not very intelligent, but they're spreading because they feed on people's brains.
