The narrator tells us that he has bought a villa, and that he will not be returning to his old life. He tells his sister that he wants to get away from his grandmother and his father. He says that if he were a son, he would not have suffered so much as he has. When he was four years old, he wanted to throw him away, but later he found him back. His mother, he tells her, is planning to sell him. He asks her to stop visiting her sister, but she says that she should just calm down. The narrator says that he is going to find his mother, and asks her where she is. He then tells her to hold an ice cube in her eyes and cry, because there are so many people who love her
