In chapter two, wolfgar asks the girl if she has a good idea what a first date should be. The girl says that she doesn't know, but that she'll pick her up at seven in the morning. She tells him that the kitten is "seriously gunning for you" and that she hopes he has time to play the piano with her while they're at the dinner table. He tells her that the family is "as bad as ever" and asks her to leave while he can bye. They order a meal and wolfgar tells the girl that he looks up "romance" on the internet and that he thinks she will see a "whole new side" of him. He says that his grandparents, Klaus and Ferdinand, are visiting and that they treat him like a butler. He asks more about his mom and his family, and he says that he'll see her tomorrow at school if she kills him in her sleep. He invites her to join him for a drink and says that they'll have a big party soon to celebrate their love.
