In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character named "chima" , who works as a trinket box maker for Toranosuke's shop. The shop is open on Christmas Eve, which is a very busy day for the shop. We learn that the shop is also open on New Year's Eve, and that the customers who come to the shop for a pre-purchase gift are usually the same ones who come on New Years Eve to buy presents for their friends and family
