It's over, says the demon, and it's time to move on. He's gone, and now he's repented. He was just a normal human, he says, and he probably would have forgiven you if you'd been by now. But now that he'd done that, he doesn't understand why he didn't forgive her earlier. She's been avoiding her since she was a child, she says, because of her face. When she met him, he was kind to her, and the demons mocked her, saying she was too ugly to be a monster. But he made her do it, and she did it, too. He got angry at her for breaking his promise, and that's why she broke it. The demon asks why, if she loved him, she should have broken her promise to him.
