In this short scene, Mr. White tells the audience that he has found a runaway girl who has been brainwashing children. He has come to ask the local heroes for help in apprehending the runaway girl. He tells them that the girl has been spotted in the city and that he wants them to look at a photograph of her. The girl is described as a "wandering girl" who has "run away from home" and has been "brainwashed" by the girl. She kidnaps children everywhere she goes and "brainwashes them" . She has even committed "all manner of crime" , including robbery. The narrator tells us that this is the first time that a hero has been called upon to look for runaway girls. He says that he doesn't rank his duties like that and that this girl is a "first - class hero" like him. He goes on to say that she brainwashes children and that they become her "faithful" accomplices in her crimes. He also says that many children have gone into a candy store and become her faithful accomplices. He then says that part of his doing is to make sure that the children go into the store with the girl so that she will not be able to escape. He adds that many of the robberies are committed with her and that she is committing them with her. He is horrified to see that the girls are in the candy store together and that the robbery is a part of her crime. He exclaims that he is "in the red" and that his crimes have come to an end. When he hears that he was found back home with him, he exclaims, "Oh, wow ! It's mr. white! You're going to give mr. White ! please, stop me!" . He
