"No.1 All in Full Color of Action" is the title of this chapter. It's a reference to the fact that in the past, heroes have been denounced as "anti-social" and "heroes" have been branded as "conspiracy theorists" because of their heroic deeds. In fact, it's been said that they've always served as an ally to those seeking "change" in the world. The narrator then goes on to say that the advent of social media has made it easier than ever for young people to sign up as heroes. They've even started using the word "superheroes" to refer to themselves on social media. This is the first time we've heard anyone talking about the idea of being a "superhero" in this chapter, and the narrator is all, "hey, that sounds like a good idea" . He's also a "mecha genius" and a "weapons and strategy" guy, so he's pretty excited to try being a super hero.
