In this short scene, Ruchi tells his sister that she should invite her friends to visit her shrine. He tells her that he will bring the egg back as a souvenir. Ruchi then tells her about the upcoming kagura dance and asks her to tell the peddler and the elderly couple about it. She tells him that she is a "prince of the stars" and that she will not get mad at him for tossing the egg around in his sleep. She then tells Ruchi that the egg came off when she was sleeping and that it will come off again if she sleeps for a bit. She asks him to give her the night to see what happens. He says that he is glad that the dream was a bad one and that he cannot wait to meet his friends.
